Consider approval of Minutes of
the Regular Board of Trustees Meeting held November 21, 2006. 4.

Approval of Accounts Payable

Transfer $32.22 (the amount and the money) from 00462 Services &
Supplies Miscellaneous Account #034300 to Taxes & Assessment Account #050800 5.
Report from the Manager on
District Operations for month of November 2006. 6.
Report from District Manager on District Financial Audit for 2005-2006
Fiscal Year. 7.
Report
from the Manager and Biologist on a West Nile Virus Prevention, Surveillance and
Control Workshop – November 28, 2006.

Report
from the Manager on the costs of providing mosquito control in areas outside
current District Boundaries that are interested in joining the District. 9.
Authorize Manager to Apply to Shasta Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO)
to begin the Annexation Process. 10.
Consider Increasing Trustee Meeting Allowance from $35 to $45 per
meeting. 11.
Consider Authorizing Employee Safety Incentive Meeting and
Luncheon. 12.
Consider Authorization to deposit VCJPA Worker’s Compensation and
Liability Retrospective Adjustment into the District’s VCJPA Member
Contingency Fund.
13. Board/staff general discussion. Opportunity for Board members to ask questions for clarification, provide information to staff, request staff to report back on a matter, or to direct staff to place a matter on a subsequent agenda. 14.
