Special Board of Trustees Meeting

All or portions of this meeting will be conducted by teleconferencing in accordance with Government Code section 54953(b). The teleconferencing locations are the following:

District Office, 19200 Latona Road, Anderson, CA

Northern California Rehabilitation Hospital 2801 Eureka Way, Room 241, Redding, CA. Each location is accessible to the public, and members of the public may address the Board of Trustees from any teleconference location.

 

 

1.         Call to Order and Roll Call

 

2.            Opportunity for public comment

Persons wishing to address the Board are requested to receive recognition from the President of the Board, give their name, address and the subject they wish to discuss.

 

3.            Approval of:

a.            Accounts Payable

b. Designating $8,209.64 from 00464-009600 Unreserved Undesignated Interest to 00464-009115 Emergency Disease and Control Response Account

 

4.            Board/staff general discussion. Opportunity for Board members to ask questions for clarification, provide information to staff, request staff to report back on a matter, or to direct staff to place a matter on a subsequent agenda.

 

5.            Adjournment
