District’s VCJPA Member and Property Contingency Funds at September 30, 2007. 9.
Report from Manager on Reimbursement of Mosquito Control Costs. 10.
Accept the District’s Financial Audit for the 2006-2007 Fiscal Year. 11.
Consider Authorizing the Manager to sign Cooperative Agreement with the
Department of Health Services concerning the use of pesticide. 12.
Resolution 2007-10 authorizing the Manager authority to authorize certain
District bills for payment prior to Board meetings.

Consider authorizing William C. Hazeleur and/or Betty Willis keeper of
District’s Petty Cash Fund of $200 and authorizing William C. Hazeleur and/or
Betty Willis to sign District’s payroll and related items and authorizing
William C. Hazeleur and/or Betty Willis to pick up the District’s payroll and
related items from the Shasta County Auditor. 14.
