Consider approval of Minutes of the Regular Board of Trustees Meeting
held September 20, 2005 4.
Consider amending the District’s 2005-2006 Budget, adding $200,000 in
Revenue from a State of California West Nile virus grant and increase
expenditures in the pesticide, overtime and spray machine accounts totaling
$200,000 5.

Report from the Manager on status of the District Analysis requested by
the District Board. 11.
Consider Approving a Proposal from
Shilts Consultants, Inc. to resurvey an area outside District Boundaries for
Annexation into the District. 12.
Consider Authorizing the Manager to sign Cooperative Agreement with the
Department of Health Services concerning the use of pesticide. 13.
Board/staff general discussion. Opportunity for Board members to ask
questions for clarification, provide information to staff, request staff to
report back on a matter, or to direct staff to place a matter on a subsequent
