Persons wishing to address the Board are requested to receive recognition from the President of the Board, give their name, address and the subject they wish to discuss.

The Board will convene in Closed Session.

3.                  Conference with legal counsel – Anticipated Litigation – Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9 (b): one matter.

The Board will return to Open Session.

4.                  Closed Session Announcement

The Board will convene in Closed Session.

5.                  Personnel Matter - Closed session for public employee release/separation from employment pursuant to Government Code section 54957(b).

                        The Board will return to Open Session.

7.                  Board/staff general discussion. Opportunity for Board members to ask questions for clarification, provide information to staff, request staff to report back on a matter, or to direct staff to place a matter on a subsequent agenda.
