approval of Minutes of the Regular Board of Trustees Meeting held August 15,
2006. 4.

Authorize John Albright to sign the District’s claims for Release of
Funds for the month of September, 2006. b.

Report from Manager on District Operations for month of August 2006. 7.
Report from the Manager on West Nile Virus in the Shasta District in 2006.

Report
from the Manager on the status of Shilts Consultants, Inc. conducting a survey
in areas outside current District Boundaries to determine if certain areas are
interested in joining the District. 9.
Authorize Implementing Expedited Deposits into the County Treasury and
Sign the Waiver of Liability by Depositor Form 10.
Board/staff general discussion. Opportunity
for Board members to ask questions for clarification, provide information to
staff, request staff to report back on a matter, or to direct staff to place a
