of the Public Hearings and Regular Board of Trustees Meeting held July 17, 2007. 4.

$65,151.05 WNV Emergency Mosquito Control grant from Governor Schwarzenegger
Emergency Proclamation b.
Increase the District’s budgeted expenditures by $65,150.05 and
appropriate the Award money to Fund 00462 as follows:

Report from Manager on West Nile Virus Control in the Shasta District in

and the adverse effect on the county printing of District claims and untimely
payments to District vendors. 9.
Report from the Manager on the Sale of Surplus Vehicles at the District
Auction. 10.
Authorization to sell the 2002 and 1998 Ford Ranger at another auction or
by other means 11.
Consider Adopting Resolution 2007-09 Establishing the District’s
contribution towards Employee or Annuitant’s Health Insurance Premium
effective January 1, 2008. 12.
Consider Accepting Proposal from Bartel Associates, Inc. to provide a
GASB 45 Post Employment Benefits (OPEB) Actuarial Study. 13.
Consider
Nominating Candidates for two Special District Commissioners and one Alternate
Special District Commissioner to LAFCO.

Board/staff general discussion. Opportunity for Board members to ask
questions for clarification, provide information to staff, request staff to
report back on a matter, or to direct staff to place a matter on a subsequent
