1.         Call to Order and Roll Call

 

2.            Opportunity for public comment

3.            Approval of Minutes – Consider approval of Minutes of the Regular Board of Trustees Meeting held May 17, 2005

 

4.                  Approval of Accounts Payable

a.

·        Transfer $9,600 (the amount and the money) from Fund 00462 Fixed Asset Vehicle Building Expansion Account #075135 to Fund 00462 Fixed Asset 5 Sprayers Account #075537

·        Transfer $25,500 (the amount and the money) from Fund 00464 Emergency Disease Control and Response Account #009115 to Fund  00462 Pesticide/Agricultural Account #032100

·        Transfer $13,513 (the amount and the money) from Fund 00464 District Building Account #009110 to Fund 00462 Account #034701 Professional & Specialized Services

·        Transfer $76,987 (the amount and the money) from Fund 00464 Fixed Asset Replacement Account #009113 to Fund 00462 Account #034701 Professional & Specialized Services

·        Transfer $146,487 (the amount and the money) from Fund 00464 District Building Account #009110 to Fund 00462 Pesticide/Agricultural Account #032100

9.            Report on the District’s Revenue and Expenditure Report at May 31, 2005

 

10.            Discuss 2005-2006 Fiscal Year Budget

 

11.       Adopt Preliminary 2005-2006 Budget

 

12.       Adopt Resolution 2005-03 Establishing Appropriation Limit for Fiscal Year 2005-2006

13.            Authorize Entering into an Agreement with the Shasta County Board of Supervisors to provide monitoring and emergency mosquito control for West Nile Virus outside District boundaries (Scope of Work)

 

14.            Board/staff general discussion. Opportunity for Board members to ask questions for clarification, provide information to staff, request staff to report back on a matter, or to direct staff to place a matter on a subsequent agenda.
