1.         Call to Order and Roll Call

 

2.            Opportunity for public comment

Persons wishing to address the Board are requested to receive recognition from the President of the Board, give their name, address and the subject they wish to discuss.

 

3.            Approval of Minutes – Consider approval of Minutes of the Regular Board of Trustees Meeting held April 19, 2005

 

4.            Approval of Accounts Payable

            a.            Transfer Sufficient Amount (estimated at $70,000 to $90,000) to pay May’s Claims to Services and Supplies Account #032100 Agricultural/Pesticide from 00464 Emergency Disease Control and Response Account #009115

            b.            Approve Account payable

12.            Report from Manager on the Vector Control JPA Member & Property Contingency Fund Balance at March 31, 2005

 

13.            Board/staff general discussion. Opportunity for Board members to ask questions for clarification, provide information to staff, request staff to report back on a matter, or to direct staff to place a matter on a subsequent agenda.
