15.     Adopt Resolution NO. 2007-03 of the Board of Trustees of the Shasta Mosquito and Vector Control District Initiating Proceedings, Providing Intention to Levy Assessments, Preliminarily Approving Engineer’s Report and Providing for Notice of Hearing, and the Mailing of Assessment Ballots for the Mosquito and Disease Control Assessment No. 2.

 

16.            Accept Proposal from Donald R. Reynolds, Certified Public Accountant, Regarding procedures for Tabulation and Certification of a Mailed Ballot Benefit Assessment Measure.

 

17.            Board/staff general discussion. Opportunity for Board members to ask questions for clarification, provide information to staff, request staff to report back on a matter, or to direct staff to place a matter on a subsequent agenda.
