Report from the Manager on District Operations for month of December 2006. 6.
Report from a Representative of Don Reynolds, CPA on the District’s
Financial Audit for the 2005-2006 Fiscal Year. 7.

from Manager on District Revenue and Expenditure Report at December 31, 2006. 8.
Consider Approval of SCI Consulting Proposal for help with LAFCO process,
creation of an Engineer Report and landowner Balloting process.

Approval of Resolution
2007-02 Initiating LAFCO Annexation Proceedings. 10.
Approve Resolution 2007-01 Increasing Trustee Allowance from $35 per
Regular Board of Trustees Meeting to $45 per Month in-lieu of Board Meeting
Expenses Reimbursement. 11.
Consider Nominating Alternate Trustee Representative to the VCJPA Board
of Directors 12.
